Joseph E. Blitch Partner Joseph E. Blitch is a partner with Brown, Garganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, P.A.  He has an extensive background in labor and employment-related matters representing employers and in representing local governments and police officers in police misconduct matters.  In addition to litigation services, he offers training to employers and management staff in a variety of topics intended to enable clients to minimize their exposure to employment-related allegations, including harassment, discrimination and wage/hour claims.  He is a frequent lecturer to trade and professional groups on human resources issues. Mr. Blitch is admitted to practice in Florida state and federal courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States.  He earned his law degree from the University of Florida and his bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida.
