Usher L.(Larry) Brown

Usher L. (Larry) Brown is the founding shareholder of Brown, Garganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, P.A. He is certified by The Florida Bar as a specialist in Civil Trial Law, and has significant experience in transactional and litigation matters involving constitutional law, government law, construction, commercial transactions, trade regulation and administrative law. He is the recipient of the highest rating (AV) given by Martindale-Hubbell for legal ability and ethics. Mr. Brown is recognized as one of the top lawyers in education law and municipal law by Best Lawyers in America, Orlando Magazine and Orlando Business Journal, and as a Florida Super Lawyer by Law and Politics.
Mr. Brown currently serves as the vice-chair of the Education Law Committee of The Florida Bar, and currently serves as school board attorney for the School Boards of Osceola County and Indian River County. He also serves as special counsel for other school boards, cities, counties and other government offices throughout Florida.
Mr. Brown is admitted to practice in Florida state and federal courts. He is admitted to The Florida Bar, and the Bars of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the Supreme Court of the United States and the United States Claims Court. He earned his law degree from the University of Florida in 1980, and received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida.
