Gary Glassman Of Counsel Gary Glassman is Of Counsel with Brown, Garganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, P.A. He was formerly Senior Assistant City Attorney for the City of Tampa, Florida, and an Assistant County Attorney for Orange County, Florida where he represented the City and County in employment, civil rights, land use, eminent domain, and general complex litigation and appeals in state and federal court.  Mr. Glassman also has extensive experience in commercial and corporate litigation. Mr. Glassman has spoken at several Florida Bar Association seminars on civil rights litigation and attorney's fees. He has also conducted several seminars at the annual convention for the Florida Association of Code Enforcement. Mr. Glassman graduated from the University of Rochester with a B.A. and the Syracuse University College of Law with a J.D. He is admitted to practice in the States of Florida and New York, and is a member of the bar of the Middle District of Florida, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
