Kimberly Romano Kopp Associate Kimberly Romano Kopp is an associate attorney with Brown, Garganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, P.A.  She  focuses her practice on local government issues and land use law.  Her local government background includes approximately three years as an Assistant County Attorney for Seminole County, Florida.  She also has prior experience representing public schools and libraries.  Additionally, she is a LEED Accredited Professional with knowledge of green building practices.  Ms. Kopp is admitted to practice law in Florida and New York.  She earned her law degree from Hofstra University in 2002, where she was the recipient of a full-tuition Distinguished Academic Scholarship and where she served as an editor of the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal. She graduated from the University of Miami in 1999 with a B.A. in Political Science.       .
