Katherine W. Latorre
Associate

Katherine W. Latorre is an associate attorney with Brown, Garganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, P.A. She is board certified by The Florida Bar in city, county and local government law.  She  focuses her practice on local government issues and serves as the Assistant City Attorney for the cities of Cape Canaveral, Cocoa, Winter Springs, and for the Town of Orchid.  She also serves as Assistant Agency Council for the Cocoa Community Redevelopment Agency.

Ms. Latorre is admitted to practice in Florida, the United States Middle District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.  She earned her law degree from the Florida State University College of Law in 2002, cum laude, where she served as an editor of the Florida State University Law Review and competed as a member of the Moot Court Team. She graduated cum laude from Florida State University in 1999 with a B.A. in English and Business.
