Bridgette M. Miller
Associate

Bridgette M. Miller is an associate attorney with Brown, Garganese, Weiss & D’Agresta, P.A. and participates in the firm’s diverse transportation and civil law practice.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Miller served as Editor in Chief of the Transportation Law Journal at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, and worked closely with the Transportation Lawyers Association to publish articles addressing hours of service regulations, overtime wage claims, and other regulatory and legal matters affecting the motor carrier, rail, and aviation industry.  Ms. Miller contributed to a symposium published by the Transportation Law Journal in her article, Obama’s Bill to Close Safe Harbor Provisions in Section 530:  The Proposed Impact on the Motor Carrier Industry and Current Status of the Law, 35 Trans. L. J. 189, and is also the author of Challenging State Accounting Methods and Discriminatory Taxation Against Railroad Properties Under the 4-R Act, 34 Trans. L. J. 21.

While in law school, Ms. Miller interned with the Arapahoe County District Attorney’s Office in Colorado where she successfully litigated motions, hearings, and jury trials in county court.

Ms. Miller was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 2008, the Florida Bar in 2009, and is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Denver (B.A., magna cum laude) and the University of Denver Sturm College of Law (J.D.).
