Terri E. Oster Associate Terri Oster is an associate attorney with Brown, Garganese, Weiss & D’Agresta, P.A. and specializes in complex commercial litigation, antitrust and trade regulation, business law, civil RICO, and government law. She is the recipient of the highest rating (AV) given by Martindale-Hubbell for legal ability and ethics.  Terri currently serves as the Chairperson for the Winter Park Code Enforcement Board and has been appointed to the Florida Bar Consumer Protection Law Committee.   In addition, Ms. Oster is currently teaching Trade Regulation at Barry University School of Law. Terri is a former Assistant Attorney General with the Economic Crimes Litigation Unit where she litigated complex state trade enforcement cases against large corporations.  She is admitted to practice in Florida state and federal courts and is admitted to the Florida Bar, and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.  Terri earned her law degree from Stetson University College of Law, an M.B.A. from the University of Florida, and her undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida.   .
