Amy J. Pitsch Of Counsel Amy J. Pitsch is an Of Counsel attorney with Brown, Garganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, P.A. She currently serves the firm's school board clients providing a wide array of legal services, including litigation defense, seminars for education professionals, labor relations, and exceptional student education services. Ms. Pitsch has been appointed to The Florida Bar Education Law Committee. Ms. Pitsch is admitted to practice in Florida state and federal courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. She earned her law degree from Florida State University and her bachelors from the University of Rochester in New York state.
