J.W. Taylor Partner J.W. Taylor is a partner with Brown, Garganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, P.A. Mr. Taylor practices in the areas of Business Law and Commercial Litigation with a focus in Transportation and Third-Party Logistics Law.  He counsels clients regarding corporate risk reduction in areas including corporate restructuring, insurance procurement and coverage, litigated matters, business transactions, acquisition and mergers, cargo claims and third-party logistics practice. Mr. Taylor has experience in representing a wide range of corporate clients in litigated as well as general corporate matters.  He is admitted to the Florida Bar (1997); U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida (2001).  Mr. Taylor attended Southeastern University (B.A. 1992), University of South Florida (M. Ed. 1999) and Mississippi College School of Law (J.D. 1997).
