Christina M. Kepner
Christina M. Kepner is an Associate Attorney with Garganese, Weiss, D'Agresta & Salzman, P.A., specializing in business disputes and general civil litigation. Prior to joining Garganese, Weiss, D'Agresta & Salzman, P.A., Ms. Kepner worked for a private firm practicing primarily business litigation, foreclosure defense, and general civil litigation serving small businesses and families in Central Florida. Additionally, Ms. Kepner gained experience in complex commercial and business disputes as a law clerk for the Honorable Alice Blackwell in the Complex Business Litigation Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida.
Ms. Kepner earned her law degree from Barry University School of Law, where she served as an Executive Editor for the Barry Law Review and was a member of the Barry Trial Team. While in law school, Ms. Kepner worked as a Certified Legal Intern for the Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida, and assisted low-income clients with foreclosure, subsidized housing, and fair lending and fair housing issues. She also worked as a legal intern for the Florida Attorney General’s Office, and assisted with the statewide prosecution of multijurisdictional cases.
Ms. Kepner serves as a Guardian Ad Litem, as an advocate and voice for children who have been abused, neglected and abandoned. Ms. Kepner is a member of the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers, the Seminole County Bar Association, and the Orange County Bar Association. Ms. Kepner holds a position with the Orange County Bar Association as a Chair member on the Law Day 5k committee.
