Usher (Larry) Brown presented a seminar entitled "SECTION 1983 LITIGATION; SPECIAL PLEADING REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFIED IMMUNITY, SECTION 768.28, AND TWOMBLY"at the Florida Bar's Education Law Committee meeting held on June 20 in Boca Raton.  Mr. Brown is currently the chair of the Florida Bar's Education Committee and was previously its vice-chair.  Mr. Brown is Board Certified in civil trial law and represents a number of local government entities and public officials in Florida.
