Jeramy C. Beasley
Jeramy C. Beasley is an associate with Garganese, Weiss, D’Agresta & Salzman, P.A. and represents both public and private entities in a variety of matters including civil rights disputes, construction defect claims, first-party property claims, and personal injury claims.
Mr. Beasley is a Florida native and obtained his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida. Following his undergraduate studies, Mr. Beasley attended the evening program at Florida A&M University College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate degree. While in law school, Mr. Beasley also worked full-time as a judicial assistant for Ninth Judicial Circuit Judge Greg Tynan.
Upon being admitted to the Florida Bar, Mr. Beasley first began his career as an Assistant State Attorney. Thereafter, Mr. Beasley served as In-House Counsel for one of the nation’s largest insurance carriers, where he handled bodily injury, property damage, and subrogation claims. Mr. Beasley also has past experience as the Director of Legal for a regional transit authority, wherein he served as a member of the agency’s executive team, and handled matters related to: bodily injury, property damage, worker’s compensation, employment law, risk management, Title VI, and compliance.
In addition to being licensed to practice law in all state courts in Florida, Mr. Beasley is also admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
