Nathalie Orphee is an Associate Attorney with Garganese, Weiss, D’Agresta & Salzman, P.A. Her practice encompasses an array of substantive areas with a primary focus on first-party property insurance claims. She has represented individuals and businesses at all stages of litigation, from initial strategy and discovery through mediation and trial.
Ms. Orphee served as an Assistant Public Defender in Polk County where she tried over 30 jury trials to verdict. Ms. Orphee also has vast experience in civil litigation, including personal injury, insurance coverage issues and insurance defense.
In addition to her dedication as a trial lawyer and advocate for her clients, Ms. Orphee recognizes and acknowledges that her clients are businesses with economic goals outside of trial victories. For this reason, she develops pragmatic litigation strategies to assist her clients in reaching their goals outside of the courtroom.
Ms. Orphee earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and her law degree from the Florida Coastal School of Law where she served as a Student Ambassador. During law school, Ms. Orphee also honed her trial advocacy skills by serving as a Certified Legal Intern in Duval and Brevard County.
