- Katherine W. Latorre presented a session at the Florida Association of City Clerks Annual Conference at PGA Resort and Spa in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida on June 11, 2007, "Keeping Your Manifest". Ms. Latorre spoke on Florida Public Records Law with focus on exemptions to the Law's broad disclosure requirement, how Cities can ensure that confidential information is not disclosed as part of the city's public records; how the city's departments can work together in processing public records requests. In addition, Ms. Latorre educated the group on recent opinions of the Attorney General's office interpreting the Public Records Law and touched on recently enacted legislation amending the Public Records Law.
