Douglas J. Giuliano

Senior Attorney

Douglas Giuliano is a Senior Attorney with Garganese, Weiss, D’Agresta & Salzman, P.A., and focuses his practice on business litigation matters such as contractual disputes, business torts, and non-compete agreements. He has significant experience in federal court litigation, as well as in international litigation and arbitration, and is a Florida Supreme Court qualified arbitrator and FINRA-approved arbitrator.

Douglas was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and relocated to Orlando in 1989. He graduated from FIU School of Law as part of its inaugural class, and was Managing Editor of the Law Review. He is fluent in Portuguese, and proficient in Spanish.

Douglas is admitted to the Northern, Middle, and Southern Florida federal district courts, as well as the Eleventh Circuit and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeals, and is a member of the District of Columbia Bar as well as of Florida.

In his spare time, Douglas enjoys the beach, traveling, and spending time with his family.
