Charles Frederick is an Associate Attorney with Garganese, Weiss, D’Agresta & Salzman, P.A., where he focuses on defending and litigating premises liability and auto-accident cases.

Attorney Frederick earned his law degree from Florida State University College of Law in 2018, and he is currently an attorney in good standing with the Florida Bar, licensed to practice law in all Florida state courts.

Attorney Frederick is also licensed to practice in the Federal Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.

Prior to joining Garganese, Weiss, D’Agresta & Salzman, P.A, Attorney Frederick worked at civil litigation defense firms, where he gained valuable experience representing businesses and individuals in a variety of civil litigation matters.

During his free time, Attorney Frederick enjoys traveling, staying active in his local community , and spending time with family.
