Matthew Wolfe

Senior Attorney

Matthew Wolfe is a Senior Attorney with Garganese, Weiss, D’Agresta & Salzman, P.A. He focuses his practice on litigation for business, commercial, and insurance disputes.

Matthew earned his bachelor’s degree in philosophy with a concentration in Economics from the University of South Florida. He then received his Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law in 2015, where he competed in multiple national competitions as a member of the school’s mock trial team.

Matthew previously worked for one of the largest civil litigation defense law firms in the state of Florida, where he represented businesses and individuals in personal injury, wrongful death, negligent security, and first party property litigation. Matthew has also had the privilege of serving as guardian ad litem, where he represented the interests of troubled youths as they navigated Florida’s foster care system.

In his spare time, Matthew enjoys running, playing soccer, and spending time with his girlfriend, Alessandra, and their dog, Rogue.
