Carolyn Smyth is an Associate Attorney with Garganese, Weiss, D’Agresta & Salzman, P.A. She focuses her practice on first party insurance defense, representing insurance carriers in legal disputes with their insureds. Ms. Smyth previously served as an attorney for the Florida Guardian ad Litem Program in the 14th, 6th and 18th judicial circuits.

Ms. Smyth earned her law degree from Florida State University College of Law, and earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.
