William E. Reischmann, Jr. is Of Counsel with Garganese, Weiss, D’Agresta & Salzman, P.A. He practices exclusively in the areas of Civil and Commercial Litigation, Local Government Law, and Association Law. Since being admitted to practice in the State of Florida in 1983, he has had the privilege of teaching civil litigation as an Adjunct Professor at Valencia Community College in the area of Civil Litigation. He was previously the City Attorney for Palm Coast, Orange City, and also represented the South Seminole North Orange County Wastewater Transmission Authority for over 30 years. He has served as special counsel and Assistant City Attorney for many other local governmental jurisdictions in the Central Florida area as well, including, but not limited to, Howey-in-the-Hills, Daytona Beach Shores, Oviedo, Sanford, Lake Mary, and the City of DeBary. He has been honored by the Florida League of Cities as a finalist for City Attorney of the Year and is "AV" Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Reischmann has the privilege of representing many Homeowners Associations in the Central Florida area. This represents a substantial portion of his practice. He has lectured and instructed in the area of community association law. He has provided service to these Associations in areas of collections, advice on governing documents, enforcement of covenants and restrictions, and any other matters that may pertain to the operation of the Homeowners Associations under the laws of the State of Florida.

Mr. Reischmann is admitted to practice in Florida State and Federal Courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He earned his law degree from the University of Florida in 1983 and his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Florida in 1980.
